Despite technology in the digital field continuing to boom, it is undeniable that analogue film has moved past its committed following to find a wider resurgence in TV, movies, and even advertising. While I absolutely love using and experimenting with film on my own stills projects on my own time, I needed to test how motion picture film could work on set with a client. That need is how this project came to life.

What can film offer that digital can't? Which cameras are better for different needs? Perhaps most importantly, what is the value of it all?
